Default Hydraulic problem

Within a matter of 10 minutes, I experienced 2 problems. First, the driver side actuator for the rear spoiler stopped working, resulting in the spoiler going up on the right but not the left. The replacement of the entire actuator mechanism is being quoted at $2200.
When I shut off the car and later restarted, the clutch pedal was much stiffer than usual. I think I recall the lateer problem being related to a hydraulic accumulator.
Is the first problem in any way related? Is there any connection between th two systems?? AS

Check the microswitches on the spoiler unit before committing to purchasing a new assembly.

Alexander.....just went thru the accumulator myself...just bought it from Sunset for $93 and had an indie install for $100...I won't mess with anything to do with Pentosin....Do you still have a warranty?

This is why I like the Porsche aero kit rather than the hydraulic spoiler.

Tom,
My dedicated track cars are all vintage racers, with the exception of my practice car, an Elise 190R. My
X50 will never see the conditions where that Hurculean wing would make a difference. Apart from that, mere ID guys could never hope to walk in your footsteps. AS
