After having received my new files on Friday in the mail from Kevin......

I have spent the last couple of days driving around with the Biggest Grin on my Face!!! The RACE file is ABSOLUTELY CRAZY!!!!

1.0 Bar in Second gear easily.....

Smoother to drive and stronger power delivery...MUCH STRONGER!!!

What is the race file? Don't you get stock, performance and valet? Is there another level you can get?

The race file requires that you switch to a 5 bar fuel pressure regulator. It is in addition to stock, performance, and valet. I'm so addicted to my race file that I've tracked down a gas station that has 100 octane Torco at the pump. I don't want to go back to the 91 octane CA gas file!

Kevin can give you whatever you want...usually his race file is a 100 octane file.

Jeff - there is a union 76 on Woodside Road in Redwood City that has 100 octane at 2 pumps....noticed you are in the bay area, so thought i would share.

Thanks, I'll keep that location in mind! I'm in P'town and use the no-name station near Sunol for my regular 100 octane fix.

Aaron, did you upgrade your Diverter Valves? When I installed Kevin’s tune it was peaking 1.2-1.3 bar numbers. The following week I (Spencer) installed Kevin’s UWM/Forge BOV’s…since then now seeing a regular 1.0 bar boost.

I had no Idea that you used Kevin's upgrade. I thought that you went with GIAC. It's great to hear and I hope that you are as happy as me.

I actually Ordered the Diverter Valves and then cancelled them as apparently they were a bit of a ***** to be installed by me and my Mechanic that I use now is flat out building my race car.

As it turns out, my car holds 1.0 Bar Boost and I don't think that I needed them.

I am keen to Catch Up as we have to get the Fab Speed Gen 3 next to the Europipe to get compare them next to each other.

Perhaps the 3rd Week in October for the next Turbo Run!!!
