Default 627hp/695tq Zero Clearance Stg2 Kit For Sale

I am selling my Ultimate MotorWerks Stage2 Zero Clearance setup. Most on this site know the car and it numbers are well documented. Package is turbos, ECU programming with 4 files,Pocket Programmer, 5bar, Upgraded wastegate option, and Miltek exhaust. Car produced 511AWHP/565AWTQ on a Mustang AWD dyno. 627hp/695tq at the crank with an 18.5 % loss . 7.93 60-130. 11.5 at 128.2mph. The kit includes UMW stg2 16/24+ Hybrids with the Zero Clearance option. Turbos have 3-4K miles on them. Ported and polished hot side with compressor wheel larger than a K24. I have made arrangements with Kevin at Ultimate to provide ECU programming for the future buyer. He will charge me for the ECU programming for the new car. It will come with a PP100 Pocket Programmer and will include your stock ECU file, valet file, and a low boost file. It will also come with a custom 1.25+bar file that has been extensively tweaked to take advantage of the upgraded wastegate kit. The Miltek exhaust has 6k miles and was purchased from IA. I have reams of data on this car, feel free to ask. Here is a link to the dyno post
http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=62092

here is a link to a comparison with a friends EVO Stg4 on the same Mustang dyno I used:
http://www.6speedonline.com/forums/s...ad.php?t=65382

The kit is available for sale in about 3 weeks. I am upgrading to Kevins forthcoming STG3 setup. This kit has power and no lag... 8500$ Kevin

I can confirm that this set up is lethal...for the money you cannot beat it.
I had 3 kits including Kevin's Zero Clearance as well and it was the best no lag turbo I had.
I and maybe KPG are the only ones that ran 11.5 1/4 mile on tts with stock fuel systems which max out at about 600 to 640 crank HP.
He even trapped 128 mph which is more then I did... I was , at the time on GIAC software and stock WGs....
My friends, this kit for $8500 is a steal... I strongly recommend it...

Kevin how comfortable are you and others in pushing the hp on this engines with bolt on parts and not upgrading engine interiors? How much can these engines take before interal upgrades need to be done?
I am always interested in more hp but how much can I push the bolt on thing??
I'm sure others would like to know as well!
thanks tom

Tom, all I can do is defer to people far smarter than I in this subject. The STG3 kit I am upgrading to is the 3a kit which is written for stock rods.... the 3b is for upgraded internals. I have spoke at length with Kevin about the rod issue and I am comfortable with where I am going. Peak tq will be limited thru the ECU to protect internals. I have heard many differing views on the max tq rods can withstand. I have total confidence in Kevin and his turbo/ECU packages. Also, how the power is produced is important as well. STG3 is a comprehensive package that stresses efficient airflow...this isnt a 1.5 bar kit. The 1.3 bar shutdown will remain and it produces great power with lower boost levels. Besides....I will probably pull the motor in a year and go to 3b anyway Kevin

Remember EVOMS is selling GT700 kits and putting many of them on stock internals motors.
I think they have sold over 100 of these kits. Doc, talk to someone in the industry who builds
these motors and get your own answer, but if you are willing this is a steal and would be
fantastic at the track, and it is infinetely flexible!

Good luck, this is an absolute steal!!!!!!!!!!

Well, I love hp especially at the track. Just worried that 2 full track days a month, almost every month.............I hate to say it ..................I may already have enough hp
I think I will wait till the full engine rebuild to increase hp.
thanks for the info
