Default Need K24 Turbos ?

Where do I get some K24 turbos CHEAP. Also is there any modifications needed from the K16 ones i have now. Is it just bolt on and nothing else, same exhaust manifolds?
Thanks

You'd need different programmming. It wouldn't just be a bolt-on.

Cheap K24's are very hard to find. With inflation, and KKK running at full capacity for current production lines, K24's production runs are reduced considerably. Thus higher prices..

You cannot just bolt them on without a ECU re-program.. In theory you could but why.. The reason is the stock ECU limits boost.. So it would be a wasted effort..

A less expensive route is to install the same K24 compressor wheel in K16's (we call this turbo a GT1) or larger compressor wheel similar to my Stage 2.

One can select up to 8 different program/files with my pocket loader.. The stock program is retained, plus the performance file, low boost file, high boost, race gas, valet and so on. All programmed through the OBD2 port. One never needs to remove your ECU..

Mike email me, are you looking for a new set. I have 2 sets that have ceramic coated turbine housings, one with the stock K24 wheel and one set with the larger Stage 2 wheel.
