Chad,
The pictures of the wheels and tires look good, but I bet they are even better looking in person! I am curious ... How would you describe the ride and handling characteristics produced by your new wheel/tire set-up as compared to stock? Is rolling the fenders a process that can be easily screwed up? Do you think that most good body shops could perform this operation, or is it something that takes more of an "artisan" touch to do correctly? Any idea on what a shop would typically charge to do this? Thanks for keeping us all in the loop on your project! You should write a book when it is all finished.
Bob

Carroll Supercharging also make a water injection system. http://www.carrollsupercharging.com/ I installed a 2 phase system on my 1999 7.4L Suburan. It kicks into low pressure at 5 lbs boost and shifts to full pressure at 7 lbs boost. These pressure points are adjustable. I am pushing 12 lbs boost using a sigle 10 gallon per hour nozzel. I am going to wait until it heats up (summer) and if there is no sign of detination, will put in a smaller nozzel. I hope to get the truck on a dyno this spring and hope to see 500HP and a signigicantly higher torque number. They also have a system using 2 nozzels (and 2 pumps?). I am using a 60% water / 40% methanol blend. I have been very pleased with the product.

Yep....I understand, right now I've got wheels and spacers all over the place here (changing to summer fitments) and if a guy had all the time in the world he might think he could calculate offsets & anticipate perfectly.......truth is, you can spend $7K and still, at the end of the day, you're not 100% sure til you slip em on for the 1st time (I have another of those 'gambles' going right now).
Course, if you could really believe tire manufacturer's dimensions...life would be a bit easier
BTW...last set of custom offset rims from HRE, got to me in something like 4 weeks (not too bad I thought)....Fikse was just a tad longer, but right in there.
