The German tuners that I have talked to have said 750-800HP.. Your going to have to pull your engine apart at that level.. Do a port job on your intake runners and cylinder head and then jump up to some bigger headers..

Thanks Kevin - I'm considering modding / coating the OEM's I have in the garage. This may be the perfect excuse for me to buy a Dremel.

Hey Kevin can you reload the pictures of the grinder and porting bit as my computer did not bring this up--just a red X. Also can I buy the bit from you directly or can you tell me where to buy that and also the polishing bit, thanks Mike

Mike, here is a picture of the hardware that I use and recommend..

The mandral can vary in length. I use a 1/4" shank.

The sanding and polishing rolls range from 60 grit to 150 grit..

I do have these items in stock.

Would this help on a 02 x50 tip ??? The only thing that I do not care for is the turbo lag from 1500 to 2500 rpm. Is there any other way to inprove turbo spooling ? I do not care about max hp just turbo spooling!

I had Kevins headers with his stage 5 ZC turbos... and I simply flew
BTW- Just like Kevin said- you really do not need expensive headers for 600 hp cars... I Guess Craig saw it first hand... and hes well over 600 hp. Just a note: Scott( divirexxtreme) has a protomotive 600 rwhp car running mid 10s at the track and he is on stock headers( not even ported). Todd K stated that one does not need them at that level. he trapped 135 mph in a 1/4 mile... not bad.
