I drive mine almost everyday (unless I steal the turbo cab
). Since Aug. of 2003 I have put 12,000 miles on my car
. I think I will have 15K by the end of the year...

I selected "daily driver" for the car because I put about 13,000 miles a year on.
However, it is actually a weekend warrior because I only drive it Fri, Sat, Sun. I still don't know how I put that many miles on with just 3 days a week.

My current 03 X50 is my second Turbo - in 21 months of total ownership of Turbo 996's I have 48,000 miles in the seat. I drive it year round - snow. sleet, rain or sun. I have on several occasions driven it through snow as deep as 13 inches. I run winter tires on it during off months. My wifes Cayenne Turbo is not quite a year old and it has about 28,000 miles on it. We drive the vehicles. I look at my Turbo as my 1 hour of stress relief every day.

My 02 X50 has 22,000 miles. I drove it thru the winter on the summer Contis till this February when the icy conditions persuaded me that winter tires would be smarter (but absolutely no foul weather problems on the summer tires when they had full tread). It's fine thru heavy traffic, hard rain, light snow, and every other condition. I'd put myself on the T2 side of the line. AS

Besides coming home to see my wife and kids it's the only way I can bring a close to the day and feel my day is complete. I drive it almost daily. In fact I have a 2001 MB S500 Sport that just sits in the garage. I feel I have neglected it over the years.

2 yrs, 13,000 miles minus 3,800 (Gumball) divided by two = 4,600. Oops, voted "weekend car" guess it should be "garage queen". Or maybe I'll just go drive it now....
