Do you recommend replacing all 4 corners with the coilovers for street and a few DE a year or springs and bilsteins ?
My BC Racing coilovers have taken 10,000 miles of rough roads this past year without missing a beat, if you find quality coilovers for a good prince and install them correctly you should be very happy. I too replaced my worn stock suspension and the difference is night and day as well as being fully adjustable of course.

Update, my friend offered me a ridiculous sum for my GMG bars so I gave in and sold them. NLA GMG bars = gold bars.

I am running the OEM bar up front and another friend gave me an H&R bar for the rear for free. Tried the OEM on the rear but it is so dinky the backend felt like it was sashaying through corners. I have the H&R set to full soft and honestly it feels perfectly matched with the OEM up front. Car turns in and reacts to steering inputs solidly.

I have gone for total comfort with the Feal damper settings. Set to 3 in the front and 4 in the rear. Suspension adsorbs potholes nicely yet still corners sure-footedly.

All-in-all I would recommend this as a solid budget minded set up, significantly better than stock.

What spring/dampers are you running?

Sounds perfect for an OEM front bar and aftermarket rear.

I could not hold out for olins so I ordered feal 441. My question is what other suspension components are a minimum for replacing being it an almost 20 year old car? I was hoping to order parts before I rip it apart so I can do it in a weekend. Probably wishful thinking.

I only have rear toe arms to get the alignment set. I'd like some front bump steer arms for the steering as I feel the bump steer here and there. It's a little unsettling.

Did you spec out the 441s or just get the base package?

Either raise the front end a touch or get offset tie rod ends.

I got the basic 441+ with radial bearings and shock covers because I do drive it in the winter sometimes.

Digging up this thread. Has anyone replaced bushings along with the coilovers? Seriously considering doing both at the same time...

+1 for Feal and Odi.

I actually purchased the first set of RWD 441's sold through their website in 2016. Feal is great to work with and can customize valving/spring rates to your preference. The entry level 441's held up great for the four years I owned the car with them, including about 30 days on track and about 30k miles. The "as-is" 441 configuration was a massive improvement over factory for a daily driver, but definitely soft for track use. For the guys that want to go low, there's tons of height adjustability. Would purchase again, and will likely add a set to my 6TT once I pick up the car.
