These give a nice kick, even with the stock tune... But it will also accentuate any existing problems like worn plugs, cracked coils, boost leaks, bad check valves, etc.

Buying tip: Buy Boxster mats instead of Turbo mats for the same year. The front mats are identical between the two cars, and if you buy a 996 set instead they just come with a new set of rears, and your current rears probably still look like new.

I might as well order everything at once.
Congratulations on your 996TT! My tail lights looked like yours with the famous 2 cracks in each side and the broken tabs. I replaced mine with the Del Rey Custom's LED Tail's. They really modernize the car and look and work fantastic. They include the resistors built in, so there's no hyper flash or codes or anything. I also added a set of the Depo clear LED side markers as well. If you give Del Rey Custom's a call, they're in Marina Del Rey CA, talk to Joe and tell him Scott Kelly with the Silver 996TT sent ya!

Suncoast Porsche offers two piece 911 OEM front mats.

Those do look pretty good. I assume the aftermarket reliability is pretty good with these? I hope they're cheaper than the original ones. Pelican Parts has original for $561 and $571 respectively.
How much can I count on paying for ones like yours? PM is need be. Thanks!!

I've been told you have to replace the whole bumper...True? Can they be removed from the original bumper?

front bumper has to be replaced with 02-05 bumper.

led lights have been known to have the bulbs burn out. only way to fix is new taillight. cost is about 800-900 a set. personally it muddies the look of the back of the car since the lines dont flow across the body. but its a personal choice

Additionally, the two piece 996 front floor mats are cheaper than the Boxster floor mats, at least as listed at Suncoast.

The dreaded oil question. What brand / type / weight of oil do you 996TT pros recommend?? I want to change it. It's only been 3000 miles since last done (according to records) but been a long time, so it needs changed.
