Thanks HDA. You have been amazing throughout my build.

ScottArizona's waxing poetic on these cars makes this THAT much more painful. :-)

Now there's an idea! See how much Penfred will loan me. I dont usually take loans for a toy but it would kill 2 birds with one stone.....

Not sure how much a lender would give for a 17 year old car though.

No affiliation and I don't know if they lend in your area but these guys have excellent rates.

You could also finance more of the real estate purchase which will allow you to keep the GT3. If that would be a stretch then perhaps selling it would still end up being the best idea.

Making the effort to keep your 6gt3 is well worth it. You will be hard pressed to find a better car, much less one that costs you zero in depreciation with good odds to even appreciate with time. You could argue (and you should) that keeping the 6gt3 is a sound financial decision.

Last summer, PenFed was willing to give up to ~70k on a 2004 GT3 purchase, since they based it on KBB value.

You might also check out Salal credit union out of Seattle.
We recently changed our loan to them (audi Q5) for 1.99%
Hard to pass up interest rate like that if the monthly can fit in your budget!

Well, my car finally showed up. Now I get to stare at it for the next two months until I can drive it . Big thanks to the dudes at Motorcar Studios in Atlanta for a painless transaction.

Edit: cheapest public listing right now is $89k 😵‍💫
