If you would settle for a seal grey metallic car, I just sold my 18Kmile GT3 to Millenia motors in Longwood Fla. It was a 127K Listed car. I know that this car is perfect. No stories,no repaint, just gorgeous.

I am about to pull the trigger on a GT3. How do I find out if the car has Type 1. 2 or 3 over-revs? from a dealer read out? The car also has a steering rack leak, as well as a front main seal leak. Are these typical of 6Gt3 ?

Over-revs info from a Dealer reading the DME on the car. I am not aware of the other issues you mention being common on a 6GT3. Good luck with the PPI, I hope it goes well for you.
