lol, i want to sell my carbon one to replace with alcantara to match the rest of my interior and somebody i know as a 997 alcantara one

and i wanted to do the swap

Ah, ok. Why not just sell yours, buy a cheap one in any condition and send off to get recovered. Dallas Custom Wheels will do any fabric and any stitching for a very reasonable price. Many of the guys here swear by his work.
