I would be very hesitant to buy a car like this with an accident, but if the frame is OK I would say high 40s maybe...

a frame inspection would be very important to do,

are they checking that when you do a porsche pre purchase inspection?

also, this car is sold by a porsche dealer.

I always look at it this way. How much harder will it be to get rid of this car at a later date? How will the future buyer react to an "accident" regardless of how small? Even though when we buy these cars, in our minds we are in "love" and we'll never sell it. It's kind of like the high school girlfriend that you never want to break up with! You will eventually move on.

They can do whatever you ask of them during a PPI... including, but not limited to, leak-down test, oil analysis, clutch inspection etc... but know the price goes waaaaay up on the PPI as the time involved goes up.
Also if the car was repaired by the selling dealer, they'd have documentation of it's extent.

If me, I'd take a pass. "funhomemack" said it well!!

I passed on a similar deal last year with 40km, accident on fender...no frame damage. I figured if I had to sell, I'd lose my shirt (even though the deal was good).

Ok the left front fender and a door. So what?

If the car is good, I don't see an issue. These are bolt on parts you know.

Frame damage or cheap repairs are another story.

What are you going to do with the car? If it is going to be a track car, then it is a great opportunity. If you are going to keep it for a long time and enjoy it, this could be a great opportunity. If you plan to make a garage queen out of it, and sell it eventually without losing much, then this is not the car for you.

45k at the highest. Correct statement above - some day you more than likely WILL resell it at some point...

I had a minor off at the kink in Road America and I cost me a front fender and headlight in 2005. I had quality repairs done and still enjoy the car. It is as safe as the day I bought it. It aligns and holds its alignment better than new as I've added a few motorsport parts. An uncrashed car is NOT faster or safer than mine. If you only sleep with virgins then you are missing out.

it is going to be a track car, but i will drive to work with it,
thought, my job is at less than 1 minute from my home

i dont really plan to do a lot of street millage on the gt3, mostly tracks one.
the roads in mtl are so ****ty, is it already hard to drive around with my lowered 4S, so i cant imagine a gt3

i had my 944 turbo for 2 years and the 4S for almost two years now, but the more i see track and enjoying porsches, i know i will end up with a gt3 lol

2 panel damage means no CPO regardless of how minor. Even if it is a perfect repair.
