Yep...Stock wheels.

Check the roll on the fenders. The factory rolls the top arch but sometimes the leading edges are not rolled. it appears that the tire caught this metal. Get the car set up properly and you should not have a problem.

Bummer though.

I checked it and the roll is just as you said.

It goes in Monday and we will see what the end result it.

My client got me two more tires at a great price so while it sucks, the hit is not so bad.

I am going have them look at the suspension geometry and set the ride height with a corner balance, then make my choices regarding where to go from there. I will most likely get the adjustible rear toe kit and locking plate kit. Perhaps I will just do those simple things and just get to know her for a bit.

I was going to go with the set of GMG sways, but I have been hearing that they tend to bind up at the bushing...so I may not go that route. Or at least may use a different set of bars. Again, that may be one to hold off on until I am a bit further into the courting period.

Nothing, per say, but I have seen a few conversations on changing them out and how they seems to help the handling over the stock ones. I personally wonder if changing the bushings would have a similar effect, but I don't know if that really will do the trick.

As you can see, I have many suggestions from all, but it's tough to weed through all the possible changes that should be made. The things that I am doing for sure:
Corner Balance and Alignment
Cup front spoiler
Shim the rear wing a bit
Tires (done)
rear toe kit with locking plate
cup front brake ducts

Considering:
Everything else.

This is why I was looking for input from the guys who have put them on the cars, run them and know if they were worth the time and trouble.

Yea you're thinking the 997.

I almost bought a blade with cocpit adjustment. My coach asked me if it will make me a better driver? I said no and gave the money to him.

Dude, Quit talking this to death and come out to the track and hammer down what you have. We'll figure it all out after you spin her a time or two

A) Chuckwalla next weekend. New track, perfect desert weather
B) Buttonwillow open test November 12
C) NCRC Buttonwillow November 20/21
D) NCRC Laguna Seca November 27/28

By then you will be ready for the 25 hour enduro at T Hill in December!
