According to http://www.araiamericas.com/helmets/helmet_sizing.pdf, roughly 61-62cm.
The helmet isn't as large as one might think. Arai also makes an XXL and a XXXL size.

I have two Arai helmets, large. I usually wear 7-1/8 to 7-1/4, and these fit me fine. The label says L = 7-1/4 to 7-3/8, 59-60 cm.

XL = 7-1/2 - 7-5/8.

I've got the Fred Flintsone thing going on. I believe my Bell is 7 3/4. Nice helmet and I need one but it won't fit.
