That's what i figured. I was just hoping you knew them by owner and could give me their story, good or bad. I think i'll hold out for a higher mileage white car. I'm looking to go nothing more than 75k and i figure i'll need about 7k-8k for upgrade parts (2k seats, 2k rollbar, 3k lwfw, etc...) so i'm looking for a deal around 67k-68k stock. Let me know if anyone if you know of any white cars that come up!

you need to budget 15k for upgrades. trust me.
pads are 800 all round.
your rotors on high mileage car would most likely be shot, 1k all around.
if you want 2nd set of wheels: 3k
you NEED new tires. 1200
you didn't account for harness, 600/pair
i ALWAYS do a major service regardless when the car was previously services and alignment/corner wt: 1500

above and add what you mentioned, there's 15k.

you need to do all of them pretty much as soon as you get the car. without them, i highly doubt you will enjoy the GT3.

i have driven many of them, 75% of them are just not aligned right that i feel my life is in grave danger when i drive them.

Crap... Well i'd run the stockers for the time being so that's saving 3k... still... crap! Maybe because i know you, Tony can give me a break in doing all those things.

Don't forget the toe-links as well. They are $800. And, depends on what kind of rotors you want, $1000 isn't enough. My Performance frictions direct drives cost that much a pair. SS lines and SRF fluid is also good, which I have. After everything recommended is done, you want an RS wing for the bad *** look or whatever. That's $3000. Then, RS nose.... $2500. Oh noes slippery slope indeed!!

FYI, the silver/black GT3 at Cats Exotics is mine, in case you have any questions. I hate to part with her.

http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/2004-...QQcmdZViewItem

Brand new Cup Clutch, brand new PZero Corsa racing tires all around within last 500 miles, Pagid Yellow pads installed within the last year, brand new Cup splitter to be installed by new owner, warranty work by Porsche last fall before it went off warranty, aligned by Fordahl last year (but needs to be aligned again by new owner). No track time other than a driver skills day when I first got it (I've always just run my Z06 race car on the track). Just pulled a full Stongard kit off the car since it was yellowing so the paint is pretty perfect except for where road debris hit the driver side door down low and made two scratches. Just fully detailed by Mirrorworks Detail in Seattle. All books and records. Custom $1400+ install of Escort SR7+ZR1 laser detector/shifters using only factory mounting points.

This was one of the first GT3s delivered into the US, I had it held at the dealership in Ohio until I could fly over from Seattle to pick it up. Drove it back across the country with a friend. Broke in for 1500 miles, all under 4k RPM, oil changed in Omaha after about 1500 miles. This was all within the first week of ownership First 4k miles were cross country drive (I call it American Delivery , another 3k to California and back to Seattle. Lots of photos from various trips. My WA plate is "GT3" in case you've seen it around

Only thing it needs is a track alignment/corner weighting and you are ready to go!

Roy and Kevin at Cats Exotics are handling all the sales details and negotiations for me since I'm off on vacation, but if you have any questions feel free to send me a private message.

Wow, good price. Unfortunately after owning a black turbo i've resolved never to own another black car.
