Rolo, rotors are in stock . $315.00 for each rotor. Let Austin or I know when you want them shipped.

Moved to AP Racing rotors from CDOC. They use a small spacer and longer caliper bolts to fit a 360mm slotted disc that lasts a good, long time. I'm on my second pair of discs--the hat is not a wear item.

Are the OEM rotors ok? I'm in the position to get new rotors and was going to get the OEM's to go along with the rs19 pagids.

You can get them either way. I went the the floating as the extra noise on the street (which is considerable) is not an issue for me.

Floating and the hat is not a wear item? May I suggest you check that again.

The bobbins that attach the discs to the hat are made to wear, and they do, but AP Racing tech support says the hat should not. Only been through one disc so far but the hat looks pristine.

Chris:

If the rotor floats, the hat will wear. The holes get bigger. That's why the rotors get noisier as the miles pile on. My Brembo floater hats lasted for one set of rotors only. If you're on your second set of rotors, for safety's sake, do check the size of the holes periodically.

Are you folks talking about the AP Racing hat system? Here is what one of their race engineers wrote to me:

"Yhe hats just have a round hole in them, it is unlikely they will wear, as there is no moving parts in the hat. It is the bobbin that wears in the disc slot and the bobbins should be changed if they show any wear on the flat drive faces, they are not that expensive, this is why we have patented this drive system. The only time the hat may need replacing is if it has got hot and softened or weakened the aluminium.

The disc should float approx 12-16 thou on the hat, this does create a rattle."
