Way late to the party, i really enjoyed reading this thread. Great first post, story and resulting track monster -- also glad to see others w/ a similar reaction/enthusiasm to your first post. And I love the anecdote from the track day, i can just picture that scenario and how loudly you must have been laughing inside.
