Here's a great thread where I got my sig file image from....

I was all worried when I found these particles (they ended being non metallic):



Then I showed how I looked at it under my 20x microscope:



And 5CHN3LL put this together for me:


I'd like to introduce y'all to my new buddy, Mike Rowskop. He's a Porsche enthusiast, but a little concerned about some recent oil change results...





I've now looked closely at my Audi S8 and my son's 2010 Mini Cooper S8 filters and I find basically the same things in them. Pretty normal.

That doesn't look too bad to me. Then again, I'm not an expert in this field.

Looks pretty normal. You need a 50x microscope for some real look at those pieces!
