I bought a set for all three of my cars, and have been more than happy with the results.

I just tried and have been denied. They must have bounced the discount. Oh well. I'm going to purchase it anyway.

Anyone else used this product? Were you satisfied? I've been thinking about ordering it for my wife's car and mine for a while.

EDIT: thanks for the code, just ordered a kit to try it on my wife's car.

It doesn't work well because the paint they give you is very thin. The paint needs to be thicker to be smeared to cover chips. You can wait for the paint to dry before smearing it but that takes lots of trial and error.

I just treated a few small paint chips this weekend, and have used it before. It does work well, but it isn't the "magic" that it appears to be in their videos. Maybe some specially trained people can use it like in the videos, I don't know. Even so, it is a good product. My main beef is that they skimp on the super magical cleaning solution in the kit. A tiny bottle that doesn't last long.

For those considering giving it a shot - here are the result of my first use on my wife's car. Currently has 165k miles of mostly highway driving, so there is a ton of road rash. Overall I was impressed with the results - definitely a quick and easy way to cover up bare metal and prevent rust. I wouldn't call it magic - and it definitely doesn't give you a factory perfect finish. But, its relatively cheap, fairly quick and easy, and looks a lot better than an untreated chip. I think if I make another pass or two on some of the bad areas it would look even better.

I bought the squirt and squeegee kit and was able to do virtually every chip on the front of the car and have maybe used 10-15% of the bottles, if that.

EDIT: after drying overnight the results are better than they were initially - and they were pretty good initially.

I'm happy enough that I'll be ordering another kit for my 911.

Here are before and after comparisons:

Cheers
Charlie
