If you have spacers you'll need longer lugs.

Sadly there is no "local dealer" per se where I am. Tried a bunch of "Porsche Service Centers" but none have the key set I need. I have the Porsche 5mm spacer kit installed which came with slightly longer bolts and a "spline" type locking key which is different from the OEM Porsche key with teeth. Suncoast sells the 5mm longer bolts à la carte for $9 each - I think that's the answer. Hammer and replace, or would I be okay with one slightly shorter bolt out of the five on one wheel (for now).

Eventually the wheel is going to have to come off. Hammer away and get it done now before you are out in the boonies with a flat.

The 12 point socket/hammer solution is a 'hard tap tap tap' and remove...not a destructive one.

Trivia time:

New OEM wheel bolts appear to have been painted silver. This coating is actually a special anti-seize compound good for "first application" only.

In other words, don't apply anti-seize to threads when initially fitting new bolts.

If you have the OE wheel locks, they are pretty simple to remove with a 11/16" (12 point) socket.

I had the same issue and posted about it here:

What's the source of your info? Here's what your owner's manual says:

Apply a thin coat of Optimoly TA (aluminium
paste) on the thread and between the bolt
head and movable spherical cap ring (arrows).
The bearing surface of the spherical cap
facing the wheel must not be greased.
