My 996 engine went South during track fun. After researching options and a phone conversation with Jake, I elected FSI to bring the car out of the graveyard. It has been an interesting/fun year. The car is being released as a healthy boy!
I'm happy every time I see one of these cars - frankly, I don't know if I have the heart to put that much money into ANY car, but I'm glad to see that other people do.

Jake and FSI built the 3.8l "performer" engine for my '02 996 Cab. One of the most noticeable changes you cannot see on a dyno graph -- which is just how smooth the motor is. The extra HP and torques are there, no doubt about it, but with zero drama.
This doesn't really tell me anything. Is there anywhere I can get more info on it?
Yep, I'll be hosting another Webinar for those interested in these engines on May 2, 2016 at 6 Pm Eastern time. Kaley tells me that we have 4 slots open during this Webinar.
No details are on my site, I can't post anything with details, else it gets stolen by copy cats.
