Default Coffee and lug nuts....

Two questions for the group...

1. Has anyone found a reliable coffee cup holder? yeah yeah I know.."You don't have a steering wheel at your kitchen table do you" I get it...but sometimes I like to enjoy a cup while driving...call me crazy..

2. Has anyone replaced the anti theft lug bolt with a regular one? I have had the wheels off a couple of times in the past week and it would make things a little simpler. Where to buy the lugs if so?

thanks in advance for the help!

Probably not a "news flash", but it would also make things simpler for would be thieves no ? I'm sure you can get Porsche lug bolts from Porsche - whether it be local or online. Good luck

Or you could buy some wheel spacers - they usually come with new lug bolts :-)

I second the wheel spacers. Just got four a couple weeks ago from ECS, with all new (longer) lug bolts. Those anti theft lugs were a pita, and face it, if thieves want my wheels they'll have the tool when they come for them.

I have this plastic car console thing from Walmart ... it holds two coffee cups and my phone. it sits on the passenger seat, since I rarely have a passenger. When I have a passenger, she gets to hold my coffee and phone.

I have the side by side cupholders, and they fit the interior in terms of appearance and work well.

^Well, your recommendation bears repeating. I really wish I had pulled them out and kept mine for the next car when I sold the 996. I will definitely be buying another set.

I just bought four OEM lugnuts from ebay and replaced the locking ones. I use the ultimate cup holder also. Doesn't work very well for martini's.
