is there anything an owner can do to help prevent it happening? different type of coolest fluid?

Can any of this be attributed to QA issues? I mean really, I've seen some wacky stuff but some of this stuff just gets even more wacky.

On my engine they think a valve seat might have dropped and causes my broken valves, however disaster happen at the track with no warning whatsoever. The engine was running strong upto that point. Does valve seat just drop on these heads?

Yes, they are friction fit, just like all the other valve seats on every other car out there that's made by all the manufacturers.

New engine is in and running like a dream.
I've started to put some of the old engine parts on ebay if anyones interested.
