I don’t know that it changes driving feel exactly, but it does make it more comfortable for me on longer trips. On the highway, I like to rest my elbow on the center arm rest, and in stock form that wasn’t possible without slouching to the right. Not great. The riser put it at a perfect height for me to rest my arm. Yeah, I guess a little pillow would’ve been cheaper... I also knew that I wanted the console delete so that was just a bonus. I don’t regret doing the mod, but it is expensive for what you get.

Okay, okay, I do also have an M235i in the garage for back road fun.
