There was a 996 advertised “locally” a couple of years ago that was completely surrounded by crap in a garage in the pictures.
I contacted the guy and he told me to give him an hours notice so he could get the car out of the garage so I could see it.
I asked him when he drove it last.
“I drive it all the time, but the battery is dead now.”
The registration was VERY expired.
It was very cheap, but the timing was off( I was undergoing cancer treatment) so I didn’t buy it.
I was thinking about buying it sight unseen.(it was THAT cheap)
If there was an engine problem I could have made a profit just by selling it to a dismantler.

Anyone who starts their statement with "I know about..." always proceed to show they know nothing about said topic. It's entertaining, but dangerous for other dumb folks.

Check out the description. It says "NEW HD Bearing"... wow, I didn't know they made a High Definition Bearing. Wonder if it's the 4K or just 1080P version? Beats my old black & white bearing.

This does bring in a lot of questions, since it was recently changed I hope he went with a 4K. 1080P was circa what..., 2009? We know what happened in 2009....., a 1080P bearing could have trapped and preserved H1N1. Not a risk I'm willing to take.
