Not sure if you or the rest of the audience knows this, but not all fake listings are scams, some are just click bait to gather email addresses or mobile numbers. The two signs I repeatedly see on fake listings are:
1.) no specific address (you'll see a very non-descript map shown, usually in a random area without a grid of streets like a normal residential neighborhood would have)
2.) there is ONLY an email address to reply to
