I want to do a non-Porsche engine swap, so that's why I've been looking for a roller with a bad engine.

2003 C2 with 33k. $29,999.
There is zero useful information in the CRAIGSLIST AD or on the dealer's website, just pufferey text from a Porsche sales brochure.
I've never been able to figure why these mom and pop used car dealers always find the stupidest salesman on the lot to write the ad copy (although I know sometimes the owner IS the stupidest person on the lot).

send me a pic of build sticker can someone decode it? Am I missing the sport seats option code? Car has them but not sure if it’s supposed to be in the car standard.

Option Codes 375 and 376. 2-way electrical sport seats (right and left) per Stuttcars.

Yeah, if this was on the East Coast I’d have bought it already. Immaculate other than the engine grenading.

2002 Targa 6spd 60k $24,500
https://providence.craigslist.org/ct...885890773.html
From the ad:
"2002 Porsche 911 Carrera Targa 59,500 miles.
Beautiful and rare combination Lapis Blue Metallic exterior/Graphite Gray leather interior in excellent condition. The Targa model features a “hatchback” style rear window and power sliding glass top with sun shade. The 3.6L engine, 6 speed gearbox and legendary Porsche suspension makes this car a joy to drive.
The car is equipped with all leather interior, Bose Premium sound, heated power seats and PSM along with the standard compliment of features.
I purchased the car direct from a Porsche Dealer that performed a full inspection and replaced the IMS Bearing. It has a Clean title and Carfax history."

Yeah talked to the guy on it and he said have to keep pressure on shifter to stay in 2nd and on decel it pops out of 2nd right away. Guess he's owned it since 2013 but like you said by the time you do all the while it's apart it'll add up quickly but on the other hand at least you can sleep well knowing first hand all that's been fixed. But just from looking around his 3,000 - 3,500 fix is probably on the low side to begin with.
