Yeah, I might go up to $2K considering all the parts.
I.e.the transmission and body panels.
It is probably a Harvey flood vehicle so it probably needs lots of electrical work.
The engine might be ok mechanically.
But I don’t want to find out.
I also really don’t have the space for it or the time to part it out.

It has a new “intermittent“ shaft bearing.

I guess that is better than getting the "imminent" shaft. But that might be coming on that one. Although the undercarriage is free from dents and scratches (good to know).

Not CL, but a solid 996.2 at a good price, with good miles, private owner past 8 years and an upgraded IMS.

Yep, that's a good price.
Do you know the seller(or have you talked to him) because I didn't see any mention of the IMSB being upgraded.
Maybe it's because I'm not using their app.
Aren't those the 996.1 Aerokit side skirts?
Not that it bothers me, just wondering.

Parts of it I like, and parts of it I don't.
It might be a nice starting place though.
I don't care for the stretched front tires, nor the red smile on the front.
Also I think the taco spoiler should be entirely body color.
I really like the red mirrors though...and the red wheels.
I like the "GTI graphics" too.

I spoke with the owner, had the IMSB done @ 54,000 miles.
Aero sides are factory sides. I've attached the build sheet. Really nice car. Needs a driver.
