This car has 'XAA' indicating an Aerokit, however it has the standard spoiler including the switch in the footwell. Normal?

Is there anyone in California who would know if this car is CA legal? I don't believe the intake and exhaust are CA legal but I'm still debating this one. It seems like a lot of car for the money.

What you're asking and what you're getting are two separate things. This company may be fishin' for a fool. As we noticed occasionally, a fool and a sucker are born every minute.

If you look at the listing one of the options is a "Tachometer", which is pretty much going to cost a Porsche premium right off the bat, factor in the cassette player (and I can only assume a free Boy George mixtape), that's the deal of the century!

I think the 00' - 01' models are the worst of the 996. Does anyone here agree?

I'm basing my opinion on shops (i.e. Flat6Innovations) that have a history of working with these cars, the Mk2 '02 - '05 and even the early 997 with the single row IMS and are the weakest of all the 996. The dual row IMS was apparently the most durable of all of the factory designs during the 996 series. But unfortunately, Porsche started swapping out the dual row in 2000 and so if you have a '00, there is no guarantee you have the dual row.
