agreed.. well cared for car, however my best friend picked up a C4s with coilovers, PSE and X pipe for $23,500 with only 65,000 miles on it 3 months ago... would have a hard time spending over $20k with that mileage

The extra maintenance and care is worth something.. but I agree it's not quite a steal at this price.

Yeesh, I remember days not so long ago when $32k was the bottom of the C4S market.

I posted this 2002 C2 Coupe w/ low miles several pages back. I went and looked it over at lunch last week and it was even cleaner than it looks in the pictures. Test drove it Saturday, took it for a PPI today, and made a deal on it this evening. Pick it up tomorrow evening.

I'm going to take it to my independent to change plugs, air filter, oil filter, belts, etc. and do a paint correction next week while I'm in away working in Vegas. Also gonna direct ship him 4 new tires and Eibach springs from Tire Rack. I'm gonna pick it up the following Monday and daily drive the hell out of this thing.

We are now a 2 Porsche family...I'll post pics once I get it back in 10+ days.

Congrats. Would consider one of the IMSB corrections with low miles, and single row bearing, but your call. As for the paint correction - when it comes to black, you may be very happy, or you may be very, very sad. Black needs special attention to do right, and once it's messed up, it's a goner. Open a new thread once you get back and tell us more.

Guys, I'm looking for a C2 in Lapis or Midnight Blue, with an aero package, 6 speed,~50kmi. Interior color isn't terribly important as long as it's not something like red or blue. Anyone know of one?

Dudeeee it's too bad you weren't looking about two weeks ago. There was a midnight blue on tan aero in Oklahoma City with around 50k miles and a great price. Listed at about $21k. It was gone within the week...

I've seen very few aero cars in any shade of blue come up in the past year. The only other one I can remember was at Pristine Motorsports in Huntington Beach but it was a Zenith Blue on grey C4. Good luck with your search!

That's when I started looking. That car is more or less exactly what I'm looking for. He had sold it when I contacted him, though. Actually, my email reminded him to take it down. Oh well.

There are plenty of C4s with the aero bits for sale but I don't care much for the dynamics of AWD.
