Default For all you pansies or girl men out there...Porsche had you covered..

Factory OEM Tire changing gloves for the metrosexuals that don't want to ruin their expensive manicures.

There's even a factory part #: 99991400140
Unfortunately they are NLA but I recently ran across a set on eBay if anyone is interested.

I have those in my factory tool kit. I always thought they were for the occasional roadside body cavity search.

Geez, my 86 still has the original set. Porsche has been including those forever.

Sad thing is it took them up to '05-'06 to finally come to their senses.

And according to the ever helpful Porsche diagrams, I can pot a plant when I am done changing my tire after I had painted the house and then detailed my car.

At over $6 for these gloves, you better be able to do at least those and more.

Gator, you can always use this to do the clay test for your elite customers I suppose. Tell them it's a Porsche product. lol.

I heard there was a design flaw. The index finger of the right glove has been known to fail in approximately 5-10% of the gloves. I hear there is a class action suit pending...

That is greatly exaggerated. It's more like .5%.

Only one way to settle this for sure... Lets sticky up a "glove failure" poll

I've still got mine in the toolkit of my '99. I'm thinking of putting them on Ebay... genuine Porsche gloves, excellent condition, No Reserve!
