I wonder if it's a Tank Vent Valve which vents fuel vapors back into the intake tract?

Can you tell where the lines go? Does one go back into the intake?

Put a few mouse traps loaded with Blue Cheese under the car. That will sort the mice out haha. "AAAAH this tastes much better than brown WHALLOP squeak" hahaha "Why has my head fallen off?"

Change over valve. The is one for the flap in the intake plenum and on Eiffel you have PSE. From the pictures which show that one located by the electrical box near the power steering pump it is the one for the PSE. Do you have PSE?

You can probably just slice the wire.

For ongoing problems, I would highly recommend www.rataway.com. I used this after we found a big mouse nest in my wife's CL55 engine compartment. Caused a bit of damage. 4 years later, no sign of any more mice. I need to do this on my 911TT, just in case. Thanks for the reminder!
