Default ROW M030 with GT3 sway bars?

I De my car and was wondering if Gt3 bars would help with understeer. I really am not interested in changing to Pss9 or anything else b/c I like the height of the M030 as it works for me as a DD. Anyone who has tried this I would appreciate your input.

before changing the sway bar, I'd suggest you get a good alignment with zero toe in the front, the car will be a lot more playful to drive around and that will help a with understeer.

if you get the gt3 sway get only the rear one, and put it to soft.
If you upgraded to row030, you might also want to simply put your us specs rear sway, it is a little smaller and might also help putting the rear softer and give it more grip.

the rear sway being really easy to swap compared to the front one.

Try 40lb air pressure in front tires to help with understeer. Works for me.

The quick answer is: yes.

Adjustable sway bars are an easy way to adjust under/over steer characteristics.

Don't you need to shorten the sway bar link if you go with gt3 sway bar?
I got eibach rear sways with stock front's. Eibach rear i believe is 19mm (stock is 18.5? and m030 is 19.5?) and 3 way adjust.

Front needs to be shortened, you may/may not need to shorten the rear link depending on your suspension. With M030 I used standard rear links but with Intrax suspension I had to lengthen the rear links.

If you have the optional 18" rims on your 996, the factory settings for tire pressure are 36 psi front and 44 psi rear. Adding 4 psi to the front may help or it may not. But you won"t know until you try. And 4 psi is about the same psi range change your front tires experience normally on a hot summer day after a long highway run. Your front tires have been running at much higher psi just from normal heat expansion.

did you find there was less "lean" with GT3 sway bars... I have ROW 030 and that comes with sway bars but on high speed corners there is still a little bit of lean.... will GT3 bars reduce this?
