Where the back of the seat meets the bottom, not sure what to call them, theres one on each side facing the door, some sort of plastic piece ,a trim piece that covers were the seat hinges .well one broke on the drivers seat and i need to replace it,i dont know how to remove them and i searched around and cant get any info on part numbers, how to remove or install,or the actual name of the piece,i have the sport seats, but when i looked at my original comfort seats they look like the same part....any help would be great!

Is it this part? I didn't recognize it in the OP.

the piece is fastened with a plastic expansion rivet .Visualize a hockey stick -the cover is the blade and the rivet goes thru the shaft into the seat frame..Don't think you can see it unless you unbolt the seat and tip it back .

I fixed mine tonight. It was a piece of cake.
1. Take the seat out of the car, requires E12 torx socket wrench. Unclip the cable from the harness.
2. Place it back down on a bench or somewhere handy to work.
3. Pull out the little plungers on the white fasteners near the front of the seat and remove them:

4. Pull the seat away from the metal frame to expose the black plastic clip that holds it in place, use a blunt screwdriver to pry it away and pull it out without damaging the paint on the metal frame:

5. Clip on the new plastic part and align the hole:

6. Get your new plastic plungers and push into the hole to secure the seat trim in place:

7. Once in place, push the seat back onto the frame, make sure the bottom plastic alignment tabs close over the metal frame so it ties it down, I had to push a bit from the leather side at the bottom of the seat to get them over the frame:

8. Reinstall the white plastic tabs at the front of the seat:

9. Reinstall seat, not forgetting to hook up the wiring harness. Tighten the bolts to 65Nm (48ftlb).
10. Test the movement to ensure it moves fully back and forth as it should.
Hope this was helpful. In total including figuring out what to do, have a beer, scratch my head it took less than 20 mins. With the above help, I'd say it's a 15 min job at the longest.
