Default Key fob Value

I sold my 996 a few years ago and was going through a drawer the other day and ran across a few key fob's that have the remote unlock buttons on them. Does anyone know what they are worth? I was going to put them for sale in the member classified section but wanted to ask a fair RL price...

here is a pic...if the owner is a RL member, let me know. Otherwise, what are the fobs worth? $50 each or more/less. I suspect they are several hundred from the dealer...just want to come up with a fair price for a RL member...

thanks

If you have the barcode tag that goes with the keys they can be reprogrammed, without the barcode they are useless. I found out the hard way, bought one on eBay and my dealer couldn't do anything with it.

All used porsche keys are only good for the outer casing that's all. The transponder pill inside cannot be reprogrammed once it has been learned by a porsche. When you try programming a used pill the computer will not take the key it will give error message " key already learned" also the remote side of things cannot be programmed with out a 14 digit random barcode. The barcodes come with new keys & people normally dispose of them once programmed to a car. Hope this helps
