Default Holiday Special: 20% Discount on EVOMSit Software

SharkWerks and Evolution Motorsports are running a promotion until the end of December: 20% off the price of EVOMSit software tuning for all models.

EVOMSit software adds horsepower and torque to stock and modified Porsches, adds Sport Pedal functionality for better throttle response, and will not give check engine lights or warning codes. Dyno charts are available for each model that was live tuned, with the whole process outlined in detail on our web site.

Here's a video showing the tuning in action (skip about half-way through), including the live emulator process:

Also for further reference you can see the piece on our 997S:
2009 997S SharkWerks Project Car: Software Tuning - SharkWerks Porsche Project Gallery

For those of you that want to remove your ECU's and send them into us, EVOMS or any other EVO dealer we've got a useful DIY guide here:
ECU Removal and Installation for 996, 997, Turbo, Carrera, Carrera S, GT2, and GT3 - SharkWerks Porsche Project Gallery

We offer next-day air shipping for all software updates to minimize downtime.

For gains and pricing, please consult this chart. The holiday special price is 20% off the numbers listed here.

I'm familiar with SharkWerks and Stasis, great firms, and a big fan of chip-tuning for Turbos, but I don't see a 996 n/a or Turbo chips listed.

Also, how is it that chips for Porsche command almost 10x the price of chips for VW/Audi turbos, they're bumping almost 50hp.

I'm thinking about moving over to a 996TT next year....

Does the ECU have to be removed or can it be flashed through the OBD port by us?

Roger that.. needs to be sent into us, we work from your actual stock file and do not create a 'canned' file hence we need the original

Here's an easy DIY:
