I'm jealous. Enjoy the turns on both your boards and the car.

OK Guys, we have been realy lame on taking pictures.... so since its that time of year again, I found this thread and hope to get some new snow pics.....

All you garage queens can take pics of your cars looking at snow, those of you that drive in the bad weather, lets see some pics (For the NW crowd, rainy day pics might have to be substituted)

We're having the fist snow of the year right now as I write this. I guess my car will not be having too many more days on the road until March.

Yeah, they're okay as long as the temperature is above freezing and you take it easy until the tires have warmed up.

Sadly, they've now coated the roads with salt, so Im guessing thee car will be pretty much put to sleep for a couple of months.

Seattle decided to use salt this year too... we had "fog" the other day and the powers to be pushed the "panic" button and covered the roads with salt just to be on the "safe side"

I hate this city sometimes.......

if/when we actually get snow (like flakes, not even ground coverage) the news breaks in with "storm warnings" and stay tuned for our special "How to survive a winter storm" special 4 hour broadcast....
We even now have daily "wind chill factors" on the news so we all know how cold it "feels" GEEZ, its 40 degrees with gusts to 5 mph.... it "feels like" 31 which is BELOW FREEZING !!!

ridiculous on SO many levels....

we even name all of our storms so we can recall them year after year and remind the people how bad it was when "winter blast 2008" hit Seattle

Yeah, same as here - the media is populated with idiots. I just ignore them.

Sadly, it's hard to ignore the piles of salt all over the roads, that usually calls an end to the driving season for me. I'm hoping that I might get an odd day here or there before the end of the year, but that's wildly optimistic... If I don't get anything before thre New Year I'll fill up the tank and over-inflate the tires and call it a year.

We got a little snow here as well but they did not salt yet, so I hope for a little more Porsche fun before they go into winter hibernation.
