No, I meant "kul" car... all generations are cool. My just happens to be a 64, with a noisy engine.

No need to "go again" if some of y'all non water cooled owners didn't mistake the cooling method for your car. What is the fixation anyway with discrimination? And by the way, they are ALL aided by air cooling.

That settles it, in an effort to clean up my engine bay, I'm going to take out my engine fan. I'll find something else to drive the alternator... getting rid of that not-needed fan should clean things up a bit? I'll over fill it with oil for a little extra insurance...

John, you are the only one that seems to make this a water v. oil debate. Us "water" guys prefer to look at this as Porsche turf, not water turf. Funny that you see it that way when it never existed.

Ok Dell,
I'm guilty for bringing the debate up like that and will drop it.
I have an equal passion for water and oil-cooled Porsche's and hopefully will pick up a 996 or 997 sometime in the future.
