What a day.
No pictures, but after a great coffee meet, including a new owner, Mark, Dell, Ken and I headed up to VIR to watch the Club Racing.
It was in the mid 90s, with little breeze for most of the day but this was great! This was the first Club Race I had attended and it was better than I thought, and it was free! Great racing. I didn't have any favorites but it was really cool to see the competition.

Now THAT is how you spend a Saturday! Coffee in the morning, scenic backroads drive to VIR, watching some racing, and hanging with friends. Had a blast guys, thanks for the good company

nice morning, good to meet you all. should have gone to VIR with you guys. the rest of the day was a dud for me. next step, VIR DE in july. still trying to put it together - mark...

Mark....it was great meeting you as well. That is one gem of a 997S you just picked up. 
THere should be a good size group of us going to the DE in 2 weeks. Right now we all have to check with the "boss" so we can make some decisions this week.

Oh, I see... the first weekend I'll be staying in town and you're wandering off to VIR.
...BTW, don't get me started on NC drivers.

No State Inspection in SC, so that may be the reason so many tail lights aren't replaced.

I lost track of how many times a beaten up minivan tried to side-swipe me.... plus at the front of every line of slow traffic (driving through VA) was a NC plate.
It was a really nice drive, but I can tell that I'm not in Massachusetts anymore.
Ahh, well, I'll see if I can get my act together and stop by to say hello. My only plans for that weekend will be to start to scout out apartments.

What better way to start your apt shopping that by having a cup of joe with friends? Besides, until that happens we don't know if you exist or are one of Tim's multiple personalities posting under another name
