Whoa, very glad that you are alright, especially after seeing pics of the car. Take care of yourself and best wishes in a strong recovery, take your time and don't push. Keep us updated when you can.

I just woke-up from one of my med-induced naps and read all of the posts in this thread.
Thank you everyone for your kind words it is greatly appreciated.
I am moving forward, well I will once I settle with insurance that is, and I see another Porsche in the near future, although the wife is not too keen on the idea at this moment and that is totally understandable.
It hurts me to put up pics of the car but it is my way of heeling and again being thankful of the Porsche engineers and there attention to details when it comes to safety. Here is a picture of the fence post that found it's way through the door and the severe negative camber of the rear wheel:
BTW...all wheels were damaged, all body parts are damaged, nothing to retrieve at all that is easy to remove. Front-left A-arm broken, rear-left suspension broken and the gear box cracked and leaking. The list goes on so unfortunately nothing to sell on Rennlist from this...sorry guys

I cant say anything else that the others didnt. I am glad your OK and yea its a shame about your car, it was a real head turner. Its times like this we should reflect and see how short ones life can be. The car did its job and saved your life, you should thank it buy replacing it with something at the very least as nice. Get well soon and hope to see you in a a new ride soon

Steven, with that amount of negative camber in the rear, you can probably move up to 315 tires and still get no rubbing.
Just a small attempt to, hopefully, make you smile a little.

Wow - that's horrific. One of my favorite cars on Rennlist bit the dust, but thankfully you didn't go with it.
Hopefully you'll be doing better soon and we'll get to see and hear the rest of this story... looks the car did some pretty good rolls to get that kind of damage... makes me thankful to drive a car as safe as that.
