PS--Nothing like washing the car in the dark, with mosquitoes having their way with you!

Glad to seee you guys traveling in together. It will be cool to see you arrive in lambertville.
Don't worry, we'll be spending quite some time at Highpoint. We'll have the standard meet and greet - social time. Time to admire the view and also time to grab lunch and chat some more. I think we'll arrive a little after 10am. I do not envisage us leaving before 11:15am.
Much as I would like to do Hawks Nest, I cannot in good conscience lead a long line of cars on a road that I do not know and have not driven. Keeping the pace and having the pack together in a safe procession is best done when you've driven the road. Long processions do not stop and start on a dime, plus turning everyone around on a wrong turn is difficult, time consuming and tough to do without distrupting other traffic. If we were to drive up, then backtrack we would need a very large parking lot to accept and restage the cars for a turnaround.
Just my $0.2. My goal in organizing a drive is to have a safe and enjoyable drive that doesn't disrupt the locals - I do so by ensuring that I've scouted out the road in advance.

Hi guys,
Looks like it will be a great turnout.
We plan on attending with our 997TT.
For anybody wanting to hear our exhaust in person, or experience 700hp on pump gas, this would be a good opportunity.
Let me know if there are any other parts people would be interested in seeing first hand and I'll do my best to bring them along.
See you tomorrow (if we can get our car back together off the prototype lift in time!).

I'd like to try to make this, but I don't get off my EMT shift until 0700. Can I get in touch with someone to catch up with you later if I can't make the meeting point?
