Default Where is my wheel lock key?

I recently purchased an '02 C2 and have no idea where the previous owner kept the wheel lock key. Any ideas where to begin looking(I already looked behind the spare)?

Mine is in the right hand side door pocket where the PO left it.
Ciao,
Adrian.

Yeah, it could be attached to the end of the lug wrench socket/extension.
Otherwise, you would need to get a new one from the dealer.
I had to get a new one when I bought my car.

There should be a tool kit, and a bag for the jack in the trunk. If it's in neither, then it could be in any cubby hole, or missing altogether. It's a hassle if it's missing, but the dealership can get you a new one.

Mine was in the little pocket in the front of the spare wheel cover, where it's held together with velcro to let you undo the wing-nut.

Mine was in the "cover" of the spare tire. There should be a pocket in the cover that is accessible by pulling open the velcro strip on the cover. If it is not there, then remove the spare tire and check the back of the spare. You may find it with the rest of the tire changing items.

My wheel lock key is probably on ebay.

My car was missing everything, no wheel lock key, no wheel locks, in fact no tool kit!

If it isn't in the pocket, take out the spare and check if it is under or behind. Worst case, you can go to a dealer. They can order a replacement off your VIN.

I picked up a complete set of lug bolts including the locks and key for about $5+ship off Ebay. Hmm....
