My dealer has reported, as of yesterday, that my C2 Cab slated for April build has attained a PAG production code status of CMPPRD (Vehicle Completed Production). Any educated estimates as to when I might be taking delivery of the vehicle, here in Colorado?

Congratulations Richard. Just a guess would be 4 weeks. However if check www.suncoastporsche.com website they have a boat schedule of when they depart and when they arrive. If your car gets on a boat this week you can figure 7 to 10 days on the water. Once it reaches the port I would estimate another 7 to 10 days at most before it arrives at your dealership. The only thing that ever holds things up in Germany is if there is no boat scheduled for a week or two. Like I said in the begining a month would be the longest but you could see it in as early as two to three weeks. Perfect timing for the summer.

Richard I checked Suncoasts website. There is one boat that is departing today going to the San Diego Port and there is one departing 4/26. I am not sure with new ports if it varies depending on where the the cars final destination is on which boat it gets on. However if it made it did not make it on todays boat it will definatly make the 4/26 one.

Thanks Duane for your response. I will certainly check out the boat scheduale to San Diego as we're only a little over 1000 miles from the West coast, here in Colorado.
I found a posting to funcarsonline at Time delay between completed production and making the boat that indicates that I may be only a few days from my new vehicle making a boat.
Thanks again,

My dealer reported yesterday that my Cab is on the Boat, Blue Hawk, which left Europe on the 24th of April & is due to dock in San Diego on or about the 17th of May.
Excited,

The freighter "Blue Hawk" landed Port San Diego last Thursday a day before scheduled, after leaving the European Port 4 days later than scheduled. It must have been a relatively smooth crossing. My car might be delivered within the week. OH BOY!

One other thing to be mindful of with Porsches is that the car ALWAYS beats the CO (Cert of Origin, aka 'title') by a few days. So you will see the car at the dealership, but they cannot process the paperwork until the CO gets there.
Good Luck
