I have the H&R sways and it's totally normal. Comes withthe territory of having stiffer sways with polyurethane bushing. Take the bumps sideways gangster style or just apply some extra lube under those bushings. But I wouldn't worry.

From my understanding this is NOT normal. The bars are contacting the A-Arms. If you are using coilovers, you need to lower the drop link pickup, or if you are using adjustable drop links, extend the link. A 1/4" should be plenty to have the bar clear. Be careful as contact can result in broken links and this is not something you want to fail around a turn going fast.

IMO, metal to metal contact that goes clunk is never good. I put the Racers Group drop links in my car and there is not clunking

I'd agree that metal droplinks are the best. The paper or plastic ones don't seem to be strong enough. Just kidding. If you did H&R springs only, you have fixed droplink mounting points. Fixed points and an adjustable sway bar really should use an adjustible length droplink to keep the bar in the right place and make it so it does not contact anything. Gert can get you the Porsche parts (big $$$) or call TRG and get theirs.

Look for the teflon lined ball joint design. These should qualm the noise.

I have a '04 GT3 and I did experience a "clunk" after driving it for two days on the Nurburgring. Upon ispection I found the front drop links to be loose. Once tightened all was fine and back to normal.

good advise, always check the most simple and obvious first.

Mine links are metal to metal and no clunking. Good idea to check to see if they are loose. Hoe do you know they are not hitting? Did you stick your head under the car while it was driving? Don't try it if you have not!
