Default PPI in Northern Virginia?

Hi,

I am wondering if anyone know where I can get an independent mechanic that can do a PPI on a used 996 I'm looking at in the Northern Virginia area?

Thanks!

Call Auto Sportsystems Group (ASG) in Fairfax. They will do a thorough job. I think their phone is 703-876-2811. They have taken care of my 911 maintenance needs for the past 10 years. They have a factory Porsche PST2 so they can pull any codes for the 996. A PPI is money well spent.

Many choices here

Stan or Bill at RPM - 703-550-8240
Ivan at IMA - 703-849-9590
Taylor ASG - as noted above.

All good shops

One more possibility is Intersport, over at Tyson's. Talk to Charlie or Omar.

Peter the service writer at IMA (703-849-9590) should be able to get you in ASAP - was just there on Friday.

Ask them about the 850 HP (legitimate on the dyno HP) twin turbo 993 they just finished over the weekend - truly mind blowing. ;-)

Pre-Purchase Inspection - a mechanic checks out the car for you to find any issues before you buy it.
