Thank you.

I take it the Aero kit is original install ? You don't see many on Targa's.
Nope. It is factory kit but didn't come on the car from Germany. Also, added at Brumos: full carbon interior, PSE and X51 power kit. No PSM. Hence the plate EINHORN.😎

and the wheels for a GT3 ? , 11's" on the back ?
Yes. 8.5/11 X 18 oem Gt3.

Reason I ask is I originally wanted to put some widebody ones on mine but like others ask, do they fit ?

I run 23mm spacers on my 10"s and it seems like there is a little room left on outside to go the full 11" but wasn't sure.
23mm's spacers? I ran 15mm f/r with light weight 5 spokes. Couldn't see going much bigger.

Default I started w 15mm F/R

On LW five spokes, but still felt I had another inch to go. my buddy lent me his old 25mm ones, but they had studs, and when I bolted them up they moved a little to where the wheels wouldn't bolt onto the studs. Hence I bought the 23mm ECS spacers with the long bolts. fits good, no rubbing with 285's.

Sorry, didn't reply to this, yeah, you got one of a kind.

Did you have that work done or previous owner ?

If so I'm thinking/guessing $40K w/o Labor

Let's see some pic's of interior ?

"It was serviced at Wright Motorsports."

Thanks, Color was why main reason I bought it. That's who did my IMS repair, by previous owner.

Great guy, This was his only water cooled P car. but what ever he thought it needed he had it repaired.
I added Bilsteins and HR's plus Adj Sway bar in rear.
Most of interior that wasn't full leather I upgraded it recently.

Lol, I thought that might generate some “interest”. The jack is only taking pressure off the motor. There are two jack stands in front of the rear wheels with the front chocks being out of sight.

The hydraulic jack is positioned on the bottom of the engine.

I've got 17mm factory spacers all around. Perfect. No stone chipping.

144 pages of goodness and silent for almost a year. This thread deserves a bump!
This is the 1999 996 C2 Convertible I owned for 3 years. I sold it 5 years ago in favor of an Aston Martin V8 Vantage. Now I am back home to the 996 world with a lovely MK2 GT3.

First drive with fresh FSI Stage II 3.8L and a bunch of other goodies packed into a stock looking C2. Sooooo much fun, especially above 4500 rpms!
