Chad, we (you and I) talked about this recently and I decided tyo go ahead an get it and be the test dummy. Well, I am glad I bought it. However, much more pricey than the mK1 lip spoiler. $80 vs. $200. I bought it from Sunset about a month ago but haven't gotten around to the install yet since you have to make new holes to secure it. It fits beautifully but just needs new holes to attach to. The part number is 996 505 986 92 01C (list 243.63) and you need about 11 rivets but I ordered 20 to have spares 999 507 427 40 (list .23/ea). I will do the install this weekend and take pictures of the steps. It looks fantastic attached to the mK1 bumper. NOt sure why they didn't use this one in the first place?

Dell, I remember. That's the first "real" photo I have seen. It looks badass IMO. I wonder how much more stability there is at speed. (i.e. functionality). I guess I'll have to get in touch with Sunset as well...
Keep me posted on the install.

Sure thing. Totally agree on the pics. I have been searching for good pics of the lip on a mK1 spoiler like ours...this one is a good pic. I will make sure I take plenty of pics this weekend.
Congrats again on the bambino!

Ok, here goes. I'm new to rennlist but not to Porsches. I'm 48 with a wife and 3 kids and live in CT. Been in the computer leasing biz for 20+ years. A picture of my car is below (I hope). Have had a '91 C2 Coupe, '98 C2 Cab and an '00 Boxster S (thought I'd like it but the botttom line is that it's just not a 911). Thanks, Chuck

Here's mine:
I'm 37, married with five kids aged 4 to 15. I am a bariatric surgeon (gastric bypasses) in private practice. I am new to Rennlist and P-cars. This is my first, got it new about 16 months ago. 10.7k miles so far. RMS leak at 9.9k miles. Car came with tons of carbon fiber interior - door sills, shifter, break, etc. Came with US M030 - thinking of changing to X74. I added PSE and four-pipe exhaust. Used as a near-daily driver but have an FX45 for bad weather, toting kids and junk around. Have been to one DE and heading for another April 2.
