I'm 29 and a dentist in the uk. I've had the 996 2years. Previously owned a 986 "S" but wrote it off after 4months when i rolled it three times in a ditch on a country road whilst avoiding a pheasant. All this with the hood down and i still walked away (just)! Says a lot about Porsche build quality. I've been to Le Mans for the past 2 years in the 996, a great event and celebration of cars. The 1200 mile trip is well worth it, some great driving roads are consumed on the trip. I hope you like the pics.

I'm 34. In software. Turn ons: cars. Turn offs: not liking cars. Married.
1 Daughter... 16 months old.
This is my 3rd Porsche. I started with this one:
2000 C2 Ocean/Savanna
Then sold it for almost what I paid for it.... ah... the good ole days...
and bought this one: 2002 C2 Seal / Met Blue
And sold it and currently have this one: 2002 TT Seal / GG
But here's my real pride and joy: she's a 2003 model year....

hahaha. Well, they're not sneakers, but they're not weird I don't think. They're just Polo brand leather shoes.

Got my 996 Cab Tiptronic in California in 2003, enjoyed it a lot there, then moved to Europe and so did the car.
When importing the car in Europe I noticed that I saved about $30K in taxes, which put a smile on my face and make me enjoy my car even more.
It's my first Pcar, and I am planning on keeping it a long time
The picture is not that clear, and here in the Netherlands I need to wait for better weather to take it outside

Just turned 37, married with no kids and one cat. This 993 is my third 911, the other two being an SC and a '74 coupe. Work in professional open-wheel racing and collected rare, late 60's Chevy muscle cars in a previous life![Smilie](https://rennlist.com/forums/images/smilies/smile.gif)
This is a recent picture of my new (to me) wheels, which I had repainted a darker grey and Big Reds.
