My Carrera badge was slightly broken from a car wash, so I removed it and replaced it with the later model slightly smaller Factory Chrome "911" badge for ~ $50

I wouldn't put any GT3 badge on it, maybe just GT if it has the supporting mods,the only one that can Rock a GT3 badge on a Carrera body is DeJeeper ...lol

If you have upgraded your Carrera with upgraded brakes, suspension, Aero, and bullit-proofed the engine with all the latest upgrades and/or upgraded to a larger displacement than factory, I would say you have earned/sacrificed enough to the Porsche Gods to re-badge your car to your liking...Maybe the "GT' or "GT/C" badge ect, but the GT3/GT4 are already "trademarked" to specific Porsche vehicles, so I would consider them off limits...
